Events Specialist

ServiceTitan ServiceTitan · Enterprise · United States · Remote

ServiceTitan is seeking a detail-oriented Events Specialist to join their Events team, supporting tradeshows and field marketing events for their Aspire and Field Routes brands. This role will own the operational planning and on-site execution of assigned events, including tradeshows, regional industry events, partner events, and field marketing activations. The specialist will manage end-to-end logistical planning, tradeshow operations, serve as a project manager for events, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage budgets and vendor relationships. Proficiency in Cvent, Salesforce, iCapture, and Airtable is required.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage end-to-end logistical planning and coordination for assigned tradeshows and field marketing events, including venue sourcing support, registration setup, staffing coordination, vendor management, and on-site execution.
  2. Own tradeshow operations from kickoff through on-site delivery: booth orders, space planning, shipping and logistics, vendor coordination, and show deliverables.
  3. Serve as the project manager for assigned events — building and maintaining timelines, tracking deliverables, and keeping internal teams and external partners on schedule.
  4. Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure events are executed with consistent quality and clear stakeholder alignment.
  5. Partner with Sales and Customer Success teams on event readiness, including staffing plans, messaging alignment, lead capture setup, and on-site resources.
