Executive Assistant role supporting senior leaders in Services and Support, managing calendars, travel, and events. What you'd actually do

  1. Provide high-level administrative support to multiple Vice Presidents within Axon’s Services and Support organization.
  2. Manage complex global calendars, coordinating meetings across multiple time zones while balancing shifting priorities.
  3. Proactively anticipate scheduling conflicts, travel changes, and competing demands to maximize leaders’ time and effectiveness.
  4. Plan and execute leadership meetings, team off-sites, and internal events in partnership with Marketing and Events teams.
  5. Identify opportunities to improve processes and leverage tools—including emerging AI capabilities—to streamline workflows and increase efficiency.

Skills

Required

  • 5+ years of experience in an Executive Assistant role supporting senior leaders in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
  • Experience managing complex, global calendars and coordinating meetings across multiple time zones.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute team events, leadership meetings, or large internal gatherings.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience coordinating executive travel, meeting logistics, and expense management.
  • Comfort managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive mindset—you anticipate needs, identify potential issues early, and help leaders stay focused on high-impact work.
  • Curiosity and openness to new tools and technologies, including AI, to improve efficiency and workflows.
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and drives work forward with minimal direction.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as Marketing, Product, Finance, or Operations.
