Role Summary
The Executive Security Concierge is a highly visible security professional responsible for delivering a refined, white-glove arrival experience while maintaining strict control of the environment at Axon.
This role blends elevated hospitality with disciplined security execution. You are the first and most lasting impression of the organization, projecting confidence, discretion, and professionalism at all times.
Every interaction should feel intentional, polished, and effortless; while every action behind the scenes reflects vigilance, control, and precision.
What You’ll Do
Establish a Commanding Yet Refined Security Presence
- Maintain a poised, professional demeanor that communicates control, awareness, and approachability
- Position yourself as both a protector and a polished representative of the organization
- Deter risk through presence, attentiveness, and confident engagement
Deliver a White-Glove Arrival Experience
- Welcome guests, clients, and employees with a composed, personalized approach
- Anticipate needs immediately upon arrival; offering direction, assistance, and seamless entry
- Create an experience that feels curated, not routine
Execute Security Protocols with Precision
- Manage access control, credentialing, and visitor verification with strict adherence to policy
- Maintain awareness of all individuals entering and exiting the space
- Identify and address anomalies with discretion and professionalism
Operate with Discretion & Emotional Intelligence
- Engage high-profile guests and executives with confidentiality and tact
- Read environments and adapt communication style accordingly
- Balance warmth with authority in every interaction
Own the Environment
- Always maintain full situational awareness
- Act decisively in response to incidents or irregular activity
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations

Required Skills & Experience
- Background in security, hospitality, or high-end client service
- Strong understanding of access control and security operations
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and situational awareness
- Ability to operate independently while maintaining composure in all scenarios
