Axon is seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee daily operations, maintenance, and repair of office, warehouse, and manufacturing facilities across the East Coast region. This role ensures a safe, reliable, and high-quality experience for employees and visitors, managing building systems, vendor performance, and budgets. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in facilities operations, strong knowledge of building systems and regulatory compliance, and excellent collaboration and problem-solving skills.

What you'd actually do

  1. Oversee the daily operations, maintenance, repair, and overall performance of office, warehouse, and manufacturing facilities across the East Coast region.
  2. Ensure facilities consistently deliver a safe, reliable, and high-quality experience for employees, customers, and visitors.
  3. Manage preventative maintenance programs, repairs, work orders, inspections, and vendor performance with a focus on responsiveness, efficiency, and minimal operational disruption.
  4. Coordinate and oversee HVAC, electrical, plumbing, pneumatic, life safety, and other critical building systems across multiple locations.
  5. Build strong partnerships with internal stakeholders by understanding operational needs, gathering alignment on priorities, and providing thoughtful, solutions-oriented support.
