This role leads the global Account Based Marketing (ABM) strategy to drive pipeline and engagement within strategic accounts. It involves developing and executing personalized ABM programs, leveraging marketing automation, CRM, and predictive analytics tools to analyze prospect profiles and behavior. The position requires strategic vision, hands-on implementation, data analysis, and leadership to achieve quantifiable results.

What you'd actually do

  1. Own and drive the strategy for targeted, personalized ABM programs to acquire and grow high-value accounts
  2. Design, scale, and operationalize an ABM engine that connects brand, demand, and sales into a single motion, at global and regional level
  3. Responsible for the design and execution of Smartsheet's ABM strategy, aligned to the overall marketing and sales goals
  4. Evangelize ABM and communicate performance across Marketing and Sales leadership to drive clear strategic alignment and understanding of approach and results
  5. Achieve account and segment pipeline and engagement goals through account based marketing strategies and tactics
