This role focuses on managing inbound product returns, processing orders, and supporting continuous improvement within a returns operation. It involves administrative tasks, customer communication, and database updates, with a preference for experience in reverse logistics or ERP systems.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage the day-to-day administrative processing of returned Axon products.
  2. Provide accurate, complete, and timely information to customers and internal teams.
  3. Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer service.
  4. Assist with updating and maintaining Axon databases and relevant systems.
  5. Support additional projects within the Global Returns Team as required.
