Agility Robotics is seeking a Global Supply Manager to lead the sourcing and supply strategy for their ecosystem devices, which are physical and digital touchpoints connecting robots, people, and the world. This role involves managing contract manufacturing partners, shaping manufacturing strategies, and building scalable supply ecosystems to support the deployment and success of their robotic platforms. The position requires a strategic thinker experienced in supplier partnerships, commercial negotiations, and guiding suppliers through new product introduction and production ramp.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and implement sourcing strategies for ecosystem devices aligned with Agility Robotics’ product and business objectives.
  2. Identify, evaluate, and onboard contract manufacturing (CM), joint design manufacturing (JDM), and original design manufacturing (ODM) partners capable of supporting device development and scalable production.
  3. Lead supplier selection and commercial negotiations including pricing, non-recurring engineering (NRE), tooling ownership, manufacturing agreements, and long-term supply terms.
  4. Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Solutions teams from early concept stages to ensure suppliers receive clear technical requirements, validation criteria, and customer use-case expectations.
  5. Drive supplier engagement across the full product lifecycle including concept development, new product introduction (NPI), production ramp, and sustained manufacturing.
