Gtm Operations Analyst

Sierra is building a platform to help businesses create better customer experiences using AI. This role focuses on GTM operations, including sales territory optimization, lead qualification, marketing analytics, and RFP response management. The analyst will also identify and implement process improvements for GTM operations, working with various teams.

What you'd actually do

  1. Drive end-to-end GTM processes, such as:
  2. Building and optimizing sales territories for a fast growing sales team
  3. Owning lead qualification & routing, and marketing campaign & event analytics to drive prospecting and pipeline growth across target segments
  4. Managing our RFP response process flows, and partnering with Legal, Security, Sales, and Product to improve and scale our process over time
  5. Work with pricing, legal, operations, sales, and finance team to identify inefficiencies in current GTM operations and design solutions to help Sierra scale
  6. Serve as a versatile and proactive team player, taking on both foundational tasks and high-impact strategic initiatives that enable the GTM team’s success

Skills

Required

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets)
  • experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
  • A detail-oriented, methodical, and process-driven mentality that is focused on both accuracy and efficiency
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity, drive and execute initiatives, and deliver results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex ideas and problems into straightforward, actionable recommendations, especially to executives

Nice to have

  • SQL experience
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and marketing automation tools
  • Previous 0-1 startup or operational experience
