Skills

Required

  • 15+ years of experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital strategy roles
  • Strong track record of leading teams and scaling impact in complex organizations
  • Deep understanding of key Asia markets such as Japan, Korea, India, and Southeast Asia
  • Proven experience managing strategies across multiple countries with varying levels of maturity and complexity
  • Experience leading and developing high-performing, geographically distributed teams
  • Strong ability to translate data and insights into strategic decisions and regional priorities
  • Experience working with marketing, product, engineering, data, and operations teams across regions
  • Familiarity with marketing automation, analytics platforms, and emerging technologies
