This role focuses on growing the supply of hosts and homes for Airbnb in Australia and New Zealand. It involves developing and managing growth campaigns, lead generation, and strategic partnerships to increase hosting awareness and acquisition. The manager will analyze data, manage a leads pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive supply growth strategies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and manage a program of new and existing host growth projects, partners and campaigns to meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales goals
  2. Analyse data and utilise data-driven recommendations to identify and action on strategic opportunities to organic supply growth within the core and small host segments
  3. Prospect and onboard strategic supply and lead generation partners to deliver high quality hosting leads
  4. Represent Airbnb in external meetings with partners and industry conferences across the region
  5. Coordinate with internal teams on product, policy, marketing and other internal stakeholders to tune our acquisition engine
