Instacart is seeking an Implementation Specialist to provide in-store support for Caper Cart deployments, focusing on testing, training reinforcement, and launch execution. This role involves ensuring carts are functional, supporting store teams, and troubleshooting issues to ensure successful launches of AI-powered carts.

What you'd actually do

  1. Support end-to-end testing of Caper Carts to ensure full functionality ahead of launch
  2. Assist with cart setup, staging, and validation to ensure readiness for customer use
  3. Execute key in-store tasks aligned to deployment timelines and checklists
  4. Provide on-site support during launch to troubleshoot issues in real time
  5. Assist customers and store teams with Caper Cart usage as needed
