Inbound Sales Development Representative

This role is for an Inbound Sales Development Representative at ServiceTitan, a company that provides software for the trades industry. The MDR will identify and connect with prospective customers, qualify leads, conduct discovery, and set up Account Executives for success. The role focuses on pipeline generation, strategic engagement, meeting conversion, value communication, and achieving KPIs. The company offers extensive coaching, development, and a structured enablement program, including training on their tech stack (Salesforce, Salesloft, Gong, ChiliPiper).

What you'd actually do

  1. Build a strong pipeline of prospective customers by sourcing potential leads and converting inbound opportunities efficiently.
  2. Implement creative ways to engage and build rapport to maintain and progress your book of prospects.
  3. Successfully book product demonstrations between ServiceTitan and potential customers by collaborating with Account Executives to secure the partnership.
  4. Clearly articulate the product's value and areas of opportunity to prospects via phone and/or e-mail.
  5. Achieve and exceed daily KPIs and monthly quota for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.
