Tenstorrent is building large-scale AI infrastructure across on-prem data centers and accelerator clusters. This role focuses on automation of provisioning, configuration, and deployment workflows to ensure systems are scalable, reliable, and repeatable.
This role is** **hybrid in Toronto, ON; Austin, TX; or Santa Clara, CA.

Who You Are
- Experienced in infrastructure automation, DevOps, or systems engineering in large-scale environments.
- Strong hands-on expertise with Ansible and AWX, including playbooks, roles, and automation workflows.
- Proficient in Python, Bash, or similar scripting languages for automation and tooling.
- Comfortable with Linux systems administration and debugging infrastructure issues.
- Familiar with networking fundamentals and CI/CD systems in distributed environments.
What We Need
- Design and maintain automation frameworks using Ansible and AWX for infrastructure provisioning and configuration.
- Build and manage playbooks, roles, inventories, and job templates for scalable system deployment.
- Automate infrastructure across compute nodes, networking components, and system services.
- Integrate automation workflows with internal tooling and CI/CD pipelines.
- Troubleshoot automation pipelines and collaborate with SRE and infrastructure teams on large-scale deployments.

Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
