Experienced Senior Analyst to join the International Indirect Tax team, responsible for a broad range of compliance responsibilities across non-US global jurisdictions. Key duties include preparing and filing VAT returns, Intrastat, OSS, and ESL reports, managing balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, and cash entries. The role also involves developing automation workflows, supporting ERP system testing, maintaining the tax calendar, identifying and setting up tax registrations, responding to business unit queries, assisting with audits, and determining tax classifications for new products.

What you'd actually do

  1. Prepare, validate, and file VAT returns across multiple jurisdictions
  2. Prepare and file Intrastat, OSS, and ESL reports
  3. Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliations and support quarterly submissions
  4. Prepare and post journal entries
  5. Prepare and post cash entries and payment requests
