This role is for a Key Account Leader responsible for selling Axon's products and services to law enforcement agencies. It's a quota-carrying, external field position requiring the ability to articulate complex solutions, build senior-level relationships, navigate procurement processes, and lead sales efforts. The role involves managing and growing revenue, developing account strategies, cultivating customer relationships, and providing technical and administrative product information or training.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and grow revenue and market share at designated agencies to maximize customer satisfaction and achieve strategic objectives
  2. Develop and maintain client relationships to ultimately drive revenue growth
  3. Develop and execute account strategy by collaborating with account team to deliver stronger, more relevant value propositions
  4. Track customer activity in internal systems in order to execute on account strategy and identify additional opportunities
  5. Cultivate customer relationships and ensure effective service delivery to accounts
