Lead Development Representative

This role is for a Lead Development Representative (LDR) on a 4-month contract, focused on fueling the professional development program and driving productivity across the sales organization. The LDR will research and enrich contacts and accounts to reduce the administrative burden on sales teams, identify key decision-makers, gather business insights, and make targeted calls. The role emphasizes a clear path to promotion within the sales development team, with mentorship and structured KPIs. It requires coachability, attention to detail, drive for results, organizational skills, and strong communication foundations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Market Research & Strategy: You will build the foundation for sales success by researching approximately 16 target companies per day, identifying key decision-makers and confirming the right contact details for outreach.
  2. Strategic Intelligence: You will uncover the "Why You, Why Now" for high-potential clients, gathering the specific business insights needed to personalize our message and stand out in the market.
  3. Direct Engagement: You will build confidence and communication skills by making ~10 targeted calls daily to verify information and gather critical details directly from prospective accounts.
  4. Creative Content Creation: You will exercise your writing skills by drafting high-impact, personalized emails and voicemail scripts designed to break into our top-tier opportunities.
  5. Focused Collaboration: You will partner directly with sales leadership to prioritize high-value lists and accounts, ensuring your time and effort are spent on the opportunities with the highest potential.
