Lead Solutions Consultant for EMEA at Outreach, an agentic AI platform for revenue teams. This role focuses on driving complex enterprise sales motions by acting as a strategic advisor, architecting solutions, and articulating the value of Outreach's AI capabilities (Amplify, Kaia, Research Agent) to executive stakeholders. Responsibilities include owning technical strategy for deals, leading demos and POVs, translating business processes into ROI-driven solutions, and mentoring other consultants. Requires strong technical and AI acumen, experience with enterprise SaaS, and expertise in revenue execution and AI applications.

What you'd actually do

  1. Acting as a strategic advisor to executive stakeholders (CROs, COOs, CTOs, VPs of RevOps, etc.), influencing vision and technical direction for enterprise customers.
  2. Owning the technical strategy for high-value, multi-threaded deals, driving discovery, solution design, and value articulation aligned to customer initiatives.
  3. Leading engaging, outcome-based demonstrations and Proof of Value (POV) engagements that connect Outreach’s capabilities to business outcomes.
  4. Translating complex business processes into scalable, ROI-driven solutions and clearly articulating “the art of the possible” through Outreach’s platform and AI agents (Amplify, Kaia, Research Agent).
  5. Building credibility as a subject matter expert in revenue execution, pipeline management, and AI innovation.

Skills

Required

  • 7+ years of pre-sales or solution consulting experience
  • 3+ years in SaaS enterprise environments focused on CRM, sales execution, or revenue orchestration technologies
  • Proven success leading multi-stakeholder sales cycles
  • Designing integrations such as: Salesforce, Seismic, ZoomInfo, Snowflake, etc.
  • Ability to diagnose complex customer environments and translate them into clear, measurable solutions
  • Comfortable facilitating executive conversations, leading whiteboard sessions, and delivering compelling demos tailored to diverse personas
  • Combines strong technical and commercial acumen
  • Expertise in data architecture, automation, and AI applications that drive measurable improvements in sales productivity and revenue growth
  • Experience creating internal assets, playbooks, or demo stories that others adopt and scale across the org
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Demo2Win, MEDDPICC, value-based selling, ROI analysis, and agentic AI frameworks
