ServiceTitan ServiceTitan · Enterprise · United States · Remote

Manager, Global Mobility to lead strategy and operational delivery of global immigration and mobility programs. Role involves leveraging AI-driven tools and automation to streamline workflows, manage global compliance, and partner with HRBPs and senior leadership. Requires experience in Global Mobility/Immigration, AI/automation tools, and Workday.

What you'd actually do

  1. Design and manage the "delivery engine" for the mobility function. You will evaluate and implement the most effective mix of internal resources, external partnerships, and outsourcing to meet business demands.
  2. Proactively identify and implement AI-driven tools and automation to streamline administrative workflows, reduce manual intervention, and increase the speed of service delivery.
  3. Serve as the lead SME and consultant for HRBPs and senior leadership on all mobility matters. You will provide strategic guidance on complex talent movements and sponsorship eligibility.
  4. Monitor and respond to fast-moving immigration and tax policy changes across the globe. You will lead the assessment of various mobility risks—including cross-border work and tax implications—ensuring the company remains compliant in an evolving regulatory landscape.
  5. Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle for US, Canadian, and international immigration cases across a broad visa portfolio, including H-1B, PERM, TN, E-3, H-1B1, O-1A, L-1, and permanent residency pathways. Evaluate and expand sponsorship options as a strategic lever for talent acquisition.
