What you'd actually do

  1. Content rights landscape, including music, for record labels, music publishers and Performing Rights Organizations
  2. Content ingestion practices (DDEX), digital supply chain operations, publishing clearance, and metadata management
  3. Compliance with reporting obligations, and other key provisions from complex licensing agreements
  4. Management of 3rd party service providers
  5. Content management system architecture and development

Skills

Required

  • 9+ years working in global operations for a music-focused technology platform, digital music service or rights owner
  • Positive relationships with major and independent music content owners
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Moderate proficiency in SQL
