Manager of Strategic Development Managers (SDM) responsible for shaping and implementing ServiceTitan’s Enterprise Sales Development strategy, focusing on outbound pipeline generation through various creative channels. This role involves recruiting, onboarding, training, and leading a team of 8-12 SDMs, coaching them on sales development and performance achievement, and monitoring lead processes to drive pipeline creation. The role also requires active participation in recruiting, stakeholder collaboration, and reporting on operational and financial KPIs.

What you'd actually do

  1. Manage and lead a team of 8–12 SDMs on objectives, sales development, and performance achievement.
  2. Coach and develop future sales professionals through call coaching, skill development, and shadowing. Serve as a mentor and be a steward of the ServiceTitan organization.
  3. Teach, share, and implement SDR strategy and processes, staying abreast of and coaching on best practices.
  4. Monitor lead processes, metrics, and catalyze pipeline creation. Help evaluate new technologies and programs to drive superior performance.
  5. Actively participate in the recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding of new Team Members.

  • Direct experience as an SDR/BDR coupled with direct experience in a closing AE role for 12+ months
  • Sales management experience or applicable team lead/management experience
