Market Manager for Airbnb Hotels in the DACH and CEE region, responsible for supply health and expansion, acquiring high-quality inventory, managing partner relationships, and driving market presence. This role involves developing acquisition strategies, generating leads, managing strategic partnerships, and refining supply management strategies.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build, manage and expand partner relationships within your territory, aiming to surpass quarterly sales targets with Hotels.
  2. Conduct regular optimization calls and business reviews with partners to develop strong, enduring partnerships providing exceptional, timely service to hosts, including in-person support as needed.
  3. Implement strategies to effectively manage and optimize the long tail of thousands of Hotels in your region.
  4. Prospect and onboard new, high-quality supply within your assigned geography.
  5. Educate clients on all significant product updates and cascade feedback on product and public policy to the relevant internal stakeholders.
