Market Manager for Airbnb in Korea, responsible for supply health and growth in key markets by managing professional host accounts and acquiring high-quality inventory. This role involves developing acquisition strategies, managing partner relationships, analyzing data for strategic opportunities, and representing Airbnb externally.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and manage partner relationships within assigned territory
  2. Directly manage accounts to meet and exceed quarterly/annual sales goals
  3. Analyse data and utilise data-driven recommendations to identify and action on strategic opportunities in your region to drive increase in sales
  4. Prospect and onboard new, high quality supply in your assigned geography
  5. Maintain a baseline understanding of the technical integration of various software partners so that you can provide the right support to your clients

Skills

Required

  • Fluency in English & Korean
  • Strong time management and prioritisation skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills and ability to communicate effectively with clients via phone, email, and in-person
  • The ability to get things done with constantly changing priorities, projects and deadlines
  • Available to travel to assigned markets
  • Proven experience working cross-functionally
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines, adjust to changes in priorities, and balance short-term needs with long-term strategic initiatives
  • Highly proficient in using CRM software, specifically in working with leads, opportunities and other core objects
