What you'd actually do

  1. Build Sierra’s APAC Presence. Join as the first marketing hire in APAC, helping establish Sierra’s presence in the region with events as the primary growth lever.
  2. Create a High-Impact Events Engine. Own the strategy and execution of Sierra's event portfolio across APAC.
  3. Localize Global Strategy for Regional Growth. Partner with global marketing to adapt and execute programs that resonate with APAC enterprise audiences.
  4. Execute End-to-End with Excellence. Own the full lifecycle of event programs—from concept and planning through execution and post-event follow-up.
  5. Be the Regional Connector. Serve as the bridge between APAC and global teams (Marketing, Sales, Product), ensuring strong alignment while advocating for regional needs and opportunities.

Skills

Required

  • 8+ years of marketing experience
