What you'd actually do

  1. Identify, prioritize, and simultaneously accomplish multiple tasks using time management.
  2. Perform tasks and motions ranging from basic in nature to complex.
  3. Repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and sub-assemblies such as modules, boards, and panels.
  4. Follow process flows, work instructions, standardized techniques, and sequence of operations in assembling parts, component installation, hand soldering, and sub-assemblies and units.

Skills

Required

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Years of Work Experience
  • Basic Computer Literacy
  • Able to follow instructions and production schedules
  • Adaptable and able to act quickly when problems arise
  • Attention to detail
  • Good coordination, motor skills and dexterity
  • Ability to stand for upwards of 10 hours a day; as well as lift, carry, move packages and materials up-to-40 lbs. on a regular basis; with or without special accommodations, is required
  • Prior Manufacturing experience
  • IPC Certification
  • Basic Microsoft Suite
  • Manufacturing Machine Operations
  • Strong Communication and Organizational Skills
