This role is for an Outbound Executive at Booking.com in Bangkok, responsible for proactively contacting new and existing accommodation partners to encourage registration, onboarding, and to inform them about business and growth opportunities. The role involves providing training and support via phone and email, ensuring high customer service standards, and collaborating with global teams. It requires strong communication, commercial awareness, and a results-driven approach.

What you'd actually do

  1. New partnership support; and support registration through phone calls
  2. Proactively contact new/potential accommodation partners to encourage completion of their online registration;
  3. Offer support to finish onboarding, instruct and educate on tools, provide information & support;
  4. Delivering training by phone to new properties on how to use the Booking.com extranet, and rates & availability system;
  5. Contact partners to make them aware of business and growth opportunities to drive and improve value;

Skills

Required

  • English and Thai language proficiency (written and verbal)
  • Good computer skills and quick learning of new tools and systems
  • Great telephone communication and promotional skills
  • Basic/mid-level negotiation skills
  • Commercial awareness, drive and understanding of key performance drivers for partners on Booking.com

Nice to have

  • Tourism or hotel background and/or education preferred
