Paid Media Specialist

ServiceTitan is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join their performance marketing team. The role involves developing and executing cross-channel media strategies across Google and Microsoft Ads, managing large budgets, and identifying new growth opportunities. The specialist will also provide creative feedback and translate performance data into business insights.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop and execute a cross-channel media plan where Search, Video, and Display work in a unified ecosystem to drive both brand awareness and direct conversions in coordination with other channels such as Paid Social, Organic, and ABM.
  2. Direct management of high-scale budgets across Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display, Demand Gen) and Microsoft Ads.
  3. Constantly identify and test new betas, audience segments, and bidding strategies. You are expected to stay ahead of industry shifts (e.g., privacy changes, AI-driven bidding).
  4. Act as the bridge between performance data and the creative team, providing granular, actionable insights to optimize video and static assets.
  5. Translate complex multi-channel performance data into high-level business insights for leadership and teammates, focusing on incremental growth & ROAS.

Skills

Required

  • 2+ years of dedicated experience in paid media advertising
  • proven track record of managing multi-million dollar annual budgets
  • Mastery of Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Display, Demand Gen)
  • Mastery of Microsoft Ads
  • Mastery of Google Ads Editor
  • Deep knowledge of integrations (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot) for closed-loop reporting, data analysis, and issue solving
  • Ability to explain the "Halo Effect"
  • High-level verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to manage expectations and influence stakeholders at all levels

Nice to have

  • familiarity with Programmatic advertising
