The Partner Ecosystem Technology Lead at Booking.com will own the delivery of provider-facing Salesforce capabilities within Connectivity Partnerships, translating commercial requirements into platform solutions. This role involves product ownership and platform specialization, focusing on building and scaling a self-service Partner Ecosystem.

What you'd actually do

  1. Independently design, configure, and deliver Salesforce solutions end-to-end , spending half time on hands-on implementation while ensuring scalability, maintainability, and governance.
  2. Act as the Product Owner for Provider Self-Service, leading backlog prioritization, quarterly planning, and sprint execution to minimize dependency on engineering teams.
  3. Own functional governance for Partner Ecosystem capabilities (Experience Cloud, Loyalty, PEM), including data quality, security, and org health standards.
  4. Manage the scope of work and budget for external implementation partners , holding vendors accountable for complex architecture, delivery quality, and timelines.
  5. Collaborate closely with the Sales and Service Cloud Platform Managers to ensure consistent data models, shared configuration standards, and aligned release management.
