What you'd actually do

  1. Support accurate data entry in our HR systems (like Workday and Greenhouse)
  2. Help maintain clean and consistent employee records through regular checks and updates
  3. Assist with employee lifecycle activities like onboarding, offboarding, and internal changes
  4. Monitor and manage employee inquiries via our ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution or escalation when needed
  5. Partner with teams like Benefits to help answer employee questions and support program execution

  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
  • 4+ years of relevant experience in Shared service HR operations
