People Partner, Agent Development

Sierra is building a platform to enhance customer experiences using AI. This role is for a People Partner focused on the Agent Development team, responsible for employee relations, HR administration, onboarding, policy implementation, engagement, organizational design, leadership coaching, and providing data-driven insights on organizational health. The ideal candidate has 5-10 years of HR experience, ideally in a fast-growing environment supporting engineering organizations, with expertise in HR best practices and employment laws. Experience with scaling companies, international HR compliance, and compensation structures is a plus. Fluency with AI tools to improve HR team operations is also desirable.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as a key resource for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, addressing and resolving employee conflicts, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  2. Manage HR systems, maintain accurate employee records, benefits enrollment, and generating HR reports.
  3. Ensure a seamless experience from candidate offer approval to new hire start date.
  4. Develop and ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures across Sierra, ensuring alignment with legal requirements and company values.
  5. Design and implement employee engagement programs to enhance employee satisfaction and foster transparent and effective communication.
