Drives large-scale, cross-functional initiatives to advance strategic goals of Fraud and Safety Operations, enhancing user experience, reducing fraud and safety risks, and optimizing operational efficiency. Translates operational needs into product, policy, and system requirements, driving strategic alignment and identifying opportunities for process improvement and innovation. Acts as a subject matter expert on workflows, tools, and processes, leading cross-functional project teams and championing continuous improvement. Defines and tracks KPIs, promotes a data-driven culture, and collaborates with peers.
