What you'd actually do

  1. Drive the end-to-end development and launch of high-quality products that directly contribute to Snap’s advertising platform success, either independently or by leading cross-functional teams.
  2. Lead and own complex product areas with high-impact opportunities across business experience, interfaces, and efficiency workflows for campaign buying and management tools.
  3. Build trust and credibility through strategic influence, sound decision-making, and delivering measurable results across critical product areas.
  4. Collaborate with senior leaders and adjacent teams, including Product Marketing, Solutions Engineering, and Marketing Science, to align on priorities and execute on shared goals.
  5. Proactively identify opportunities and challenges within your domain, developing innovative solutions and a clear roadmap to achieve organizational success.

Skills

Required

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 5+ years of experience building and shipping products at a technology company; OR a Masters and 4+ years of experience

Nice to have

  • Hands on experience across the entire product lifecycle including: defining product needs, prioritization, pre/post-launch execution
  • Ability to initiate projects, execute against defined objectives, and communicate the results of analyses clearly and effectively
  • Ability to collaborate with engineers, designers, product managers, data scientists, and other cross-functional teams
  • Ability to execute against defined objectives both tactically and strategically
  • Ability to initiate and drive emerging projects from strategy to completion
  • Skilled in clear and concise communication across a matrix organization
  • Knowledge of product-oriented quantitative analysis, including statistical analysis
