Product Manager for an Agent SDK platform aimed at helping businesses build AI-powered customer experiences. The role involves understanding customer needs, collaborating with engineering, and leading product development from concept to execution.

  2. Solve for the Customer: We serve multiple stakeholders – People looking for help from our Agents, CX managers using our tools to monitor and improve the process, and Developers looking to build on and extend our platform. Each of these has a unique set of needs and product challenges.
  3. Innovate: AI Agents represent a new frontier. Discovering new tools and processes for building agents will be among the defining characteristics of the next generation of companies.
  4. Collaborate: Partner closely engineering, design, leadership, and the entire company to define and build a seamless and cohesive experience.
  5. Advise: Become trusted and strategic advisor to our customers, in partnership with our sales, go-to-market, and forward-deployed teams.

Skills

Required

  • Extensive experience in product management, with a track record of leading products from ideation through launch and iteration.
  • Comfort working deeply with engineering on technical systems and tradeoffs.
  • Experience building or shipping developer-facing or highly technical products (e.g. APIs, SDKs, products serving developers), and the ability to engage credibly in architectural and implementation discussions.
  • Passion for deeply understanding user needs and identifying the right solutions from first principles.
  • Ability to operate in high ambiguity and drive new 0→1 product bets.
  • Proven ability to partner closely with engineering, design, customers, and leadership to turn complex ideas into shipped products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical and product concepts to a wide range of stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience building AI-driven products, especially conversational or agentic systems.
  • Hands-on experience writing production code (e.g. TypeScript, React, or similar), or prior experience as a software engineer.
