Product Manager for Airbnb's Guest Discovery and Homepage, responsible for transforming the guest experience by leveraging AI technologies and intuitive UI formats to make it effortless for guests to discover relevant offerings. The role involves leading product vision, strategy, and roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and defining measurable objectives.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the discovery needs of all key business verticals (e.g. Homes, Services, Experiences, International) and new bets (e.g. Hotels, Luxe, Partnerships)
  2. Lead the development of new discovery features and content formats that drive core guest and bookings growth.
  3. Incorporate the latest AI technologies and relevance models to uplevel Airbnb’s browsing experience
  4. Collaborate with marketing teams to extend Airbnb’s discovery strategy to our lifecycle and growth marketing campaigns.
  5. Craft the product narrative and marketing strategies that communicate the benefits and features of these products both internally and externally.
