Axon Axon · Enterprise · Canada · Remote · 1564 GSS International

This role is a Professional Services Manager for Dedrone, a drone detection and airspace awareness solution, within Axon's Real-Time Awareness (RTA) strategy. The manager will lead customer deployments, act as a subject matter expert for the RTA suite (including Fusus and Drone as First Responder), deliver training, and guide customers in integrating Dedrone systems with their existing technology stacks. The role involves significant travel, customer-facing responsibilities, and collaboration with internal teams to support customer outcomes and relay feedback.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the primary technical lead for Dedrone deployments, owning delivery from post-sale through full operational readiness. This includes pre-deployment planning, hardware logistics, stakeholder alignment, on-site support, and go-live enablement.
  2. Act as a subject matter expert across Axon’s Real-Time Awareness (RTA) suite, supporting Fusus, Drone as First Responder (DFR), and related integrations.
  3. Deliver role-based training to customer drone teams, public safety operators, command staff, and IT teams. Tailor delivery to non-technical and highly technical audiences.
  4. Guide customers in creating operational policies and workflows that integrate Dedrone systems with broader agency technology stacks, including Axon Evidence, body-worn cameras, and in-car video systems.
  5. Conduct site assessments to inform hardware placement, Radio Frequency (RF) coverage, and overall operational design
