This role is for a Professional Services Salesforce Administrator responsible for managing and optimizing Certinia PSA within Salesforce to support global Professional Services operations, including project tracking, resource management, timekeeping, billing, and forecasting. The role involves configuring PSA modules, managing integrations, driving continuous improvement, and supporting stakeholders across Professional Services, Finance, and Operations.

What you'd actually do

  1. Serve as the system administrator for Certinia, configuring PSA modules for project setup, milestones, resource scheduling, time/expense, billing, and revenue forecasting.
  2. Administer and enhance Salesforce platform integrations with Certinia, including custom workflows, automation rules, and reporting dashboards.
  3. Drive continuous improvement of our PSA solution, including backlog grooming, feature releases, and system upgrades.
  4. Partner closely with stakeholders across Professional Services, Finance, and Operations to gather feedback, prioritize enhancements, and ensure the system aligns with evolving business needs.
  5. Document configurations, SOPs, and best practices to support scaling and knowledge transfer.
