Proproduct Sales Development Representative

This role is for a ProProduct Sales Development Representative at ServiceTitan, focused on driving product adoption and revenue growth by engaging existing customers to demonstrate the value of add-on Pro modules. Responsibilities include pipeline generation, high-volume customer engagement via calls and emails, value discovery, and collaboration with Account Executives. Requires 2-4 years of sales or customer success experience, with a focus on outbound calling and customer relationship building.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build a strong sales pipeline by engaging existing customers, demonstrating the value of add-on products, and booking overview calls/demonstrations for our Pro-Account Executives.
  2. Conduct high-volume engagement through focused outbound calls (approx. 30/day) and personalized emails.
  3. Strategically craft honest relationships and genuine rapport with customers to facilitate discovery.
  4. Drive customers to discover unmet needs or pain points and articulate how our Pro modules can deliver extraordinary value and remediate those issues.
  5. Work closely and collaboratively with Pro Account Executives to develop and implement appropriate communication plans and assist with closing deals through detailed discovery notes.

Skills

Required

  • 2-4 years of experience in Sales or Customer Success
  • 12+ months of outbound calling experience
  • Ability to travel domestically 30% of the time
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, professional demeanor on the phone
  • Ability to effectively handle objections
  • Clearly articulate the value proposition of add-on products
