This role focuses on process governance and optimization within a regulated legal entity in the Payments industry. The Lead will document current processes, identify improvements, and embed compliance requirements, utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Key responsibilities include data-driven process optimization, initiating pilot programs, analyzing performance, and managing cross-departmental changes. The role requires strong stakeholder and vendor management skills, with a preference for experience in user access models within Payments.

What you'd actually do

  1. Develop a method for data driven process Optimization in order to drive efficiency, Commercial growth & Partner Experience
  2. Develop a scalable way to drive process Improvement based up on Operational feedback.
  3. Initiate & Drive pilot programs to test new ways of working
  4. Analyze process performance and research the need within Operations, to identify improvement areas
  5. Select improvement areas where the biggest impact can be made

Skills

Required

  • Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt certification
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in Lean Six Sigma
  • Process Improvement

  • Ability to communicate effectively within all levels of the Company
