Regional Sales Director for Nordic & Netherlands at Smartsheet, responsible for leading a team of Account Executives, driving sales quotas, developing customer accounts, and building markets through direct and partner channels. Reports to RVP of EMEA Sales and is based in London, UK.

What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the Nordic & Netherlands Sales team to exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
  2. Serve as player/coach in the execution of a complex, solution­-based sales process encompassing multiple groups within Nordic/Benelux region accounts
  3. Play leadership role in developing new business opportunities by coaching account executives to build and execute account strategies
  4. Drive Smartsheet senior executive engagement in target accounts
  5. Successfully execute across all disciplines of sales management, including Account/Opportunity/Relationship planning and sales methodology execution

Skills

Required

  • Fluency in English and a Nordic/Benelux language
  • Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management of enterprise software
  • 10+ years of experience in the software industry with current SaaS experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal and presentation skills
  • Motivate and lead
  • Demonstrated ability to execute sales methodologies (e.g. Value Selling)
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high growth software company
  • Smartsheet, Salesforce.com, Google Apps, Tableau skills
  • Bachelors (BA/BS) degree required
