Regional Vice President, Strategic Accounts - West

Smartsheet is seeking an experienced enterprise SaaS sales leader to develop and scale Strategic Accounts in the West. This role will refine sales strategy, accelerate growth in Global 1000 accounts, expand executive relationships, and drive software and services bookings.

What you'd actually do

  1. Recruit, hire and develop a high performing enterprise SaaS sales team, including Regional Directors and Account Executives
  2. Drive strategy and lead the team to consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives
  3. Develop and lead the plan to significantly increase the number of Smartsheet senior executive relationships with C-level executives
  4. Develop trust-based relationships with leaders across the business, including Product & Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Sales Engineering and Customer Success
  5. Develop pricing/packaging and product competences in order to play a leadership role in structuring, pursuing and winning large, complex deals
