Smartsheet is seeking a Regional Vice President, Strategic Accounts - West to lead and scale enterprise SaaS sales efforts within the Global 1000 segment. This role involves refining sales strategies, expanding executive relationships, and driving software and services bookings by leading a high-performing sales team.

What you'd actually do

  1. Recruit, hire and develop a high performing enterprise SaaS sales team, including Regional Directors and Account Executives
  2. Drive strategy and lead the team to consistently exceed quarterly and annual sales objectives
  3. Develop and lead the plan to significantly increase the number of Smartsheet senior executive relationships with C-level executives
  4. Develop trust-based relationships with leaders across the business, including Product & Engineering, Marketing, Finance, Operations, Sales Engineering and Customer Success
  5. Develop pricing/packaging and product competences in order to play a leadership role in structuring, pursuing and winning large, complex deals
