What you'd actually do

  1. Align all functions toward the goal of achieving set objectives with Canada leadership.
  2. Organize business operations meetings and initiate constructive conversations, in addition to organizing weekly meetings with cross-functional project teams (field and online operations, marketing, product, legal) to ensure key initiatives are on track in Canada.
  3. Study macro and micro economic trends and present analyses, reports, and action plans to Airbnb’s national and regional leadership teams to enable strategic business decisions.
  4. Support the Country Manager Canada and other senior leaders on key strategic projects, in addition to leading and implementing ad hoc operational and strategic projects for Canada.
  5. Own the design, execution, and evaluation of cross-functional initiatives end-to-end. Specifically, this involves defining a precise problem statement, articulating the ideal solution to that problem, and identifying key dependencies that hinder the solution, then working with cross-functional stakeholders to implement it.
