Instacart is seeking a Sales Associate for their Brand Partnerships team. This role involves managing a book of business for active and inactive brand partners, acting as the main point of contact, and owning the advertising relationship. The Sales Associate will also share feedback on the self-service platform with Product Management teams to drive improvements. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships, prospecting new advertisers, assisting with campaign creation, launch, and renewal, maintaining high input volume, reaching KPIs, acting as an escalation point for technical issues, generating reports, supporting new program launches, and supporting product teams in prioritizing improvements for ad products.

What you'd actually do

  1. Build and maintain relationships with a book of actively advertising emerging brands
  2. Prospect new advertisers to the platform, assisting with campaign creation, launch and renewal
  3. Maintain a high volume of weekly inputs, including scheduled client meetings and emails
  4. Reach and exceed KPIs including activations, retained advertisers and revenue
  5. Act as a primary point of escalation for technical issues
