This is a Sales Development Program (SDP) at Axon, a technology company focused on public safety. What you'd actually do

  1. 3-5 rotations over 2 years, providing the flexibility to co-create your rotational experience based on skills, interests, and career goals
  2. Opportunity to partner directly with senior sales leadership on high-impact, complex initiatives that drive revenue growth and shape the future go-to-market strategy at Axon
  3. Gain exposure to a broad range of sales teams and functions — Emerging Products, New Markets, Inside Sales, International Strategy and Operations, Federal, Enterprise, Strategic Initiatives, Customer Operations, Sales Strategy, Revenue Intelligence, Roadshow and more!
  4. Mentorship from a well-established and extensive network of LDP and SDP alumni, including Axon President Josh Isner
  5. Specific programming (panels, speaker sessions, mentorship program) focused on career development and leadership training
