Sales Engineer for Dedrone (by Axon), a smart airspace security company that uses AI/ML. The role involves technical presentations, customer conversations, pre-sales support, RFP responses, and managing Proof of Concepts (POCs). Requires understanding of networking, Linux, and basic knowledge of drone technology and security concepts. The role is customer-facing and supports a mature AI/ML product.

What you'd actually do

  1. Achieve mastery of all Dedrone technology
  2. Use exceptional written and oral communication skills to lead business and technical presentations effectively
  3. Have technical conversations with IT departments, including CIOs, as well as channel partner leadership and technical stakeholders
  4. Set and manage expectations with customers and team members
  5. Provide 1st-level technical support throughout the pre-sales cycle for opportunities
