Booking.com is seeking a Salesforce Platform Manager to lead the vision, planning, and execution of their Salesforce CRM and Business Analytics Platform. This role involves managing day-to-day operations, coordinating cross-functional teams to build new functionalities and integrations, and ensuring product adoption and user satisfaction. The manager will translate business needs into Salesforce solutions, manage dependencies, groom backlogs, and mentor junior colleagues. A strong technical background in Salesforce, analytical skills, and excellent communication are required, along with Salesforce certifications.

What you'd actually do

  1. Act as Product Owner in shaping the vision of the Salesforce Platform and how this translates into the strategic direction of the department across the entire Provider Journey
  2. Establish, refine and adjust the roadmap for the team based on changing business priorities and the need to keep the lights on
  3. Formulate Epics and proactively work with other Tech and Product Teams within and outside the track to manage dependencies
  4. Take a Leading role in Backlog grooming of the Tooling team and prioritizing work in line with the roadmap during sprint planning
  5. Lead x-team strategic initiatives with Commercial Growth, Operations, Connectivity Program/CEDI team, the Provider Account Management, Technical Support and the Product organization with regards to change management and enablement.
