What you'd actually do

  1. Own end-to-end setup and deployment of campaigns across email, in-app, SMS, and push notifications
  2. Build and maintain complex automated customer journeys, ensuring consistent and timely messaging across the lifecycle
  3. Partner with Marketing Ops to leverage product usage and behavioral data for precise, highly relevant messaging
  4. Lead the A/B testing roadmap to improve engagement, click-through, and conversion rates for all upsell motions
  5. Track campaign health and revenue impact, delivering actionable insights to the broader growth team

Skills

Required

  • 3+ years in lifecycle, growth, or marketing operations, ideally within B2B SaaS
  • Proficiency in marketing tools like Braze, Pendo, and Marketo
  • Ability to connect marketing data to business outcomes and expansion goals
