Senior Business Operations Manager role focused on bridging strategy and execution within Booking.com's CBO Office. What you'd actually do

  1. Lead the design, execution, and continuous improvement of the quarterly (rolling) planning cycle, making it more user-friendly and reducing annual planning peak activities.
  2. Design, support, and continuously improve (parts of) the Enterprise Operating System and RoB frameworks (e.g. annual/quarterly planning, OKRs, business reviews, portfolio reviews).
  3. Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into actionable insights and executive-ready materials (dashboards, presentations, and reviews) to support leadership decision-making.
  4. Act as a central connector across internal teams and departments (e.g., Product, Strategy, Finance, HR) to align and translate (strategic) priorities into actionable work.
  5. Partners with senior leadership and operational teams to scope internal improvement opportunities, pressure-test proposed approaches against on-the-ground realities, and support trade-off discussions, in order to ensure internal decisions are both strategically sound and practically executable.
