What you'd actually do

  1. Design and implement compensation programs aligned with our Total Rewards objectives
  2. Ensure pay practices help attract and retain talent while managing costs
  3. Conduct location and cost-of-labor analyses to inform reward decisions
  4. Act as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners and business leaders on all compensation topics
  5. Provide modeling, analytics and scenario planning for business leaders and HR Business Partners
