Senior Customer Success Associate

This role focuses on customer success for a SaaS product that uses AI for promotion optimization in the consumer goods industry. The associate will onboard clients, guide them through data mining for insights, deliver demonstrations and training, and collaborate with Product and Engineering on bugs and enhancements. The goal is to help customers implement strategies that drive revenue.

What you'd actually do

  1. Forge and nurture strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, including power users and program managers.
  2. Serve as the subject matter expert for customers, providing guidance to help them maximize Eversight’s innovative capabilities.
  3. Work directly with customers to implement promotional strategies and insights that deliver transformative outcomes.
  4. Deliver a high-quality customer experience through strong project management, ensuring timely outputs and proactively addressing bottlenecks.
  5. Manage multiple data-driven processes and schedules while maintaining a high standard of execution.
