What you'd actually do

  1. Be a trusted advisor to the Global Sales Teams for deal structuring and support other company partners throughout the sales cycle to expedite deal execution
  2. Provide guidance on routine to moderately complex deal structures in a way that maximizes ACV and customer satisfaction, and manages risk for Smartsheet Work with multiple teams including Sales, Finance, Legal, Deal Operations, Pricing, Billing, and Compliance to address custom deal requirements
  3. Enhance specialized issues to appropriate partners and bring resolution to those issues.
  4. Be the main contact to lead deals through appropriate approval levelReview deal progression and collaborate with team members to ensure deal cycle times and precise execution.
  5. Follow a same-day response commitment to set service standards that can be relied upon

Skills

Required

  • Deal Desk or Sales Support experience
  • SaaS company experience
  • Understanding of sales process, Billing, revenue recognition
  • Structuring of a deal and contract management
  • Experience supporting Resellers
  • Excellent oral/written communication skills
  • Salesforce, CPQ, Netsuite, or similar systems CRM and ERP systems

Nice to have

  • Work flexible hours on a rotating schedule for coverage to support EMEA and APAC Sales teams
